Hello again, I just wanted to add an extension to the review I left yesterday. After having completed all my tasks yesterday evening I went out to do my weekly shopping. As I was walking in, I felt this sheer level self confidence, tunnel vision focus and something very unique. Most people when they look at a person or an object they have tendency to twist their body, however last night I felt like Terminator, when I would only move my neck to look at an object with high level of focus. I also noticed I walked with an open chest, eye looking straight ahead, I felt like I am 6' 5", where actually I am 5' 11".As I left supermarket, I thought what if everyday I accomplish my goals, this is how it will be everyday. It's been a few months now that I've taken Seven Sages almost daily, and it is without a doubt my favorite herb blend I've ever had (and I've had many over the past decade!). I started out at 1/4 tsp daily, but am now at 1 tsp because I want more of it in my body! The combination of 50:1 extracts of the most potent and health promoting tonic herbs on the planet, plus several safe nootropics, and even longevity nutrients like vitamin K2, choline, resveratrol and quite a few others. It’s funny how you get used to feeling a certain way so that’s just what you accept of yourself. Or you aren’t aware that something is wrong with you until you feel better. I didn’t realize how exhausted I get during the day. I didn’t realize how low energy I am. I just go through my day and anxiously await a proper time to go to bed. Or…. what’s it feel like not to have a headache? I don’t get migraine headaches, it’s just from not sleeping. I can expect a headache at least four times a week. Stomach aches from poor digestion are awful too. Just overall feeling good… really? Yes!!! Yes!!! Yesssss!!!!Interstellar Blends to the rescue. So I have several of the blends in sample size. I’ve actually had them quite a while and I would take some here, take some there. I really got serious about it this past week and I have taken them at least twice daily and sometimes three times daily. WOW is all I can say. The blends certainly have a way of pointing out just how poorly I felt by making me feel amazing!!I have been taking a concoction of plush, nebula, super hair, spice, niagra, super nova, and several more. The first thing I noticed was that I can actually breathe through my nose. I have absolutely no congestion. I suffer with seasonal allergies and allergens from indoors. I work in an over 100 year old building and there’s stuff everywhere in there. I have zero congestion and zero allergy symptoms.Energy? Ha!!! I’m freaking annoying because I have so much energy. Sleep and blends!! No more headaches. Not a single one this week. An overall mellow mood and I’m nice. I’m so, so nice now!!! LOL Digestion issues gone!! When I take steps to feel better I don’t want to put the crap in my body so I’m eating a better diet too. I’m fasting and taking the blends with coffee or tea.The blends go above and beyond what they’re intended to help you with. All this and I haven’t even tried the blends for sleep. I have to say when I stumbled onto this website I was pretty skeptical about Interstellar Blends. I thought that they didn't make sense and that herbs can't really be all that great. I decided to order a sample size of Nebula and to this day I stand very much corrected! Nebula is pretty damn awesome!I recently began intermittent fasting to help get into shape, but each day was a struggle since I was always used to eating food and craving midday snacks all the time. Nebula has completely changed that! 1/8th of a teaspoon in the morning with some coffee or some fruit juice really picks me up and keeps me super active throughout the day. With Nebula I'm not even feeling the hunger pangs and dreaded snack cravings, I'm just powering through my day.For pre-workout, don't even get me started. I've been putting Nebula into either coffee or even a pre-workout drink before the gym and I am seeing huge results! I love Nebula because sure pre-workout gives me some energy, but it just doesn't feel right most of the time. It feels unnatural as if I'm forcing my body to get pumped. Nebula makes me feel alive unlike any pre-workout I've ever tried, and Nebula with or without pre has been making me go harder in the gym than I ever have before! I noticed this pregnancy that my morning sickness wasn’t that bad, which is odd because this is my 4th and it’s always the same. Shilajit is one of Interstellar’s products that I’m not sure gets enough attention. I think having it on its own in a higher dose is a great idea. It helps with energy, mood, and neuropathy. Let me give you a little backstory. Several years ago back when I was in college, I pulled an all-nighter, and by 5:00 am, the upper right side of my face went to sleep. I figured I was just tired (Captain Obvious here), and that after a bit of rest, I’d be fine. But, it didn’t wake back up. I was just pins and needles with around 25-50% less feeling than the left side of my face. And then it would feel like a whip of fire around my eye where the main nerve comes in. This went on for long enough that I saw my doctor and was prescribed an SSRI. And you know what, it helped. It helped the nerves calm down. It helped me feel dead everywhere. I contacted Gavin through facebook thats how I found this magician, my main concern was my pre menopause hot flashes, I would wake up 3/4 times at night sweating really bad; took me a long time to fall back asleep and again woke up sweating, just AWFUL nights; I didn’t wanna reach for hormones that my doctor recommended.
