First I have to say that (So Far), Trinity is my absolute favorite blend! I will admit that I bought it towards the end of November 2019, and only tried a very tiny amount for about two days. I noticed, even with that, that it made a difference in my mental state. However, stupidly, I stopped taking it till about May of 2020. I realized in May that I needed to get in control of my Health.It really hit the nail in the head, when I'd have panic attack in my car, in a parking lot of a store. And if I couldn't calm myself down, not matter how far I had driven, I would return home. This is NO WAY to live. One instance this happened-and once returning home and telling my parents what happened--they reminded me of my Blends! So, I took them the next morning, and the morning after that and so forth. I only got the Samples, but it still lasted quite a bit of time, and when I bought other blends my sample was usually Trinity!! After about one week, I realized that I literally could get out of my car and into a store without crying. THAT is what made me believe in the blends. They are SO Powerful! This one is a long story that I’ll try to keep short. About two years ago my husband starting complaining of pains in his stomach. Around the same time I thought I had a UTI. My husband went to the doctor and they told him his back was hurt and he needed PT. I was told that I needed antibiotics, which obviously never cleared up my issue. Our health kept declining and I struggled to keep myself above water. Trying to keep myself on a schedule, along with a hard headed man wasn’t there easiest of tasks. Looking back, we made mistakes. Fast forward to about a month ago. I had done a lot of research to nail down our issues and began to think that we had the same issue, but it manifested differently. I knew it was either yeast or parasites. 🥴 I had helico from a previous order and stated my case to my husband. He was tired, so he gave in quickly and got on board. I don’t believe I’ve ever even tried another company’s ceremonial grade matcha (besides some sugary bs years ago) but you can just tell that interstellar matcha is THE highest quality form of matcha around. This stuff HITS and it’s great for you, great for longevity. 1/8-1/4tsp of this matcha is all that’s needed. You can buy the $75 bag of matcha and it will likely last 1-2 years depending on how you use it. Everyone should always grab a bag of matcha when checking out their interstellar blends

Nebula is the truth! I have always suffered with extreme nervousness with any sport I played or even giving presentations in college. I picked up playing a new sport called pickleball and I get so nervous that I literally Shake and you would think I had never played before. I read all the reviews and information on the telegram group about different people's experiences and decided to try it out. For recreational games I only take 1/8 teaspoon about an hour before hand for tournaments I take 1/4 to 1/2 of a teaspoon. When I remember to take it I have absolutely no nervousness at all and I'm super calm and confident and zeroed in. There have been a few times where I made the dose mixed it in the hot water but got distracted and forgot to take it before I left.
