Rewire has honestly been the sole savior and cure to my addictions. It is truly god sent to help me elevate on a higher level and fully find my purpose in life. We have tried almost every product from this shop.. Thermo has become a staple for me and my girl. We look at it sort of like a fat burner. But what is great about Thermo is it does what fat burners do , only more effectively , without the jitters!We can feel it warming us up, literally. Thermo totally lives up to it's name. It seems to melt away our mid sections. We had taken a break from it for a few months and admittedly due to our food choices noticed some fat returning around our mid-sections. This stuff works and works quickly. Over my lifetime I have water & juice fasted many times and for at least 10 years I have intermittent fasted without any problems of going without food for a prolong period of time.I learned of dry fasting at the beginning of this year. Once again I had no problem doing cycles of 66/6 —at least when it came to cravings or becoming hungry but, I did feel very tired during the dry fast.When I would come off of the fast, I was also very good at being regimented about being on a keto diet. I even had a couple of cheat days and had no problem regaining any of the weight loss.In April I went through some highly emotional things in my life that continued through July. I stopped doing the longer dry fast and tried to go to a 22/2 fast—here is where I developed a problem. Once I would eat dinner and have to resume the next day not eating or drinking, I started becoming extremely hungry. I had not felt that feeling in many years and I would unfortunately end up eating.I am so grateful that Gavin came out with the Autophagy blend because what I found was that it was helping me to abstain from eating when I was having a difficult time doing it on my own. Since I always knew that I did ok dry fasting without hunger or cravings, I didn’t think that I would use it during fasting but, would only use it when I came off the 22/2 to help control hunger.During most of my dry fast that I did through this year at best I would only lose about 6-7 lbs. per cycle.
