It's been a few months now that I've taken Seven Sages almost daily, and it is without a doubt my favorite herb blend I've ever had (and I've had many over the past decade!). I started out at 1/4 tsp daily, but am now at 1 tsp because I want more of it in my body! So I started to take the Interstellar blends on January 24th and I was going to wait 1 month to write about my experience with the blends. However, I feel amazing and spectacular with only taking them for 1 week and a half, so I don't see the necessity to wait for 1 month to write about my interstellar experience with them! I was forced to change my environment and a little of my routine. I got way out of line with my healthy habits and started to stop exercising, diminish the healthy food intake, and started vicious habits again. Was breaking the connection with my higher self, if you will. This is just such an amazing super food, and I would go so far as to say it's a requirement for anyone suffering from fibromyalgia, arthritis, and any kind of inflammation issues. I've only been taking the pine pollen for a couple of weeks, but I haven't so much as needed a Tylenol in that time, much less the prescription pain killers and NSAID my doctor prescribed me. Pine pollen is highly anti-inflammatory, and that is only ONE of the numerous benefits. Really take a little time and read about all the nutrition and benefits that you can get from pine pollen. It's also really easy to take. You can certainly mix it into shakes, juices, smoothies, even water. I generally just take a teaspoon full and pop it my mouth and just eat it.
