So i initially started with a 72 hour fast and it was a struggle but after it i felt a release of stress and i wasnt worrying about day to day things anymore . To describe it in one word i felt at peace. I will now wake up have some water and 90 minutes after waking up ill have my herbal drink and it gives me a great start to the day knowing that my body is getting an abundance of goods. I do recommend the blend and recently found out to intermittent fast with them and its been great my focus and attention to detail on tasks has evolved . I have been using the interstellar herbs for nearly 20 months plus been fasting for 4 years . i have found the combination has been amazing for my health and anti aging and love that Gavin tweaks the protocol as new research guides him . My mother had a glucose of 200 mg in morning, with 1/8 spoon of glucose blocker it came down to 160 and after a couple of doses it's normal now.
