Over the course of the last two months, I have been taking this blend along with Trinity, Autonomous, Seven Sages, and Victorious first thing in the morning in hot water. I’ve been taking Trinity and Seven Sages for 2 weeks and I believe they have tremendously improved my anxiety and tendency to overeat. I take the blends as recommended, 1/8-1/4 tsp. in hot coffee and within 20 minutes, I’m calm and any impulse to eat junk food or overeat is completely gone. Today, my anxiety was up after dealing with an aggressive driver and within minutes of drinking my coffee+Trinity+Seven Sages, an amazing calmness set in and I was able to focus. I have a tendency to ruminate about those negative situations for hours and I swear, these blends allow me to just brush off these thoughts/events. I also did 3 days of the 7-day Interstellar Blend Challenge and even though I quit after 3 days, I lost 5.5 pounds and kept it off, 1.5 weeks later. I quit because I didn’t prep as recommended and decided to give it another try in the future. NOTE: do the prep and do it right! I found it ridiculously easy to not eat during the challenge thanks to Trinity+Matcha+Thermo. Hydration (lack thereof) was the break point for me.

I’m able to clean my colon well which allows my stomach to be clean for better decision making in the morning. Knowing i have a clean system allows me to gain more confidence in my day to day routine. This blend can also pair well with peel and spice. Paraslayer is an essential blend that everyone must get we all get parasites so we must remove them.
