Ok so I decided to try Hypnotic because I couldn't fall asleep. I have tried melatonin supplements but in the morning you have difficulty waking up. Hypnotic makes it easy 1) to fall asleep 2) stay asleep all night 3) provides a feeling of muscle relaxation 4) in the morning you wake up ready to start the day! The blends are just incredible, I usually take around 7 of them everyday and they keep me going smoothly and efficiently, I'm able to do more while fasting. Lifting heavy, looking sexy, skin is getting better, unreal energy, laser focus and ability to excel in everything I put my mind to! What I wasn't expecting is for Autonomous to work while I was full of food, I mean I stopped eating about 3 hours ago (its 9pm here, uk) and still had to do some stuff on my laptop. I started off with their "Super ultimate sampler pack w/ Seven Sages" and was/ am highly satisfied. Good bang for your buck. Shilajit is a game changer! What is it? Well its a bunch of things: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, diuretic to name just a few. It covers a lot of bases for sure. For me, the diuretic effect while fasting its amazing, plus it helps with electrolyte balance as well. I take a lot of these blends, but when i add new one, i isolate it so I can see what the effect is on me. So when i started taking shilajit, i stopped everything else for a week (it's not bad idea to cycle them sometimes anyway). I from day one, I felt a sense of overall well being and steady energy. Not intense or anything like that. But just a steady, even calm and energy. Throughout the week I noticed that it acted a bit like an adaptogen for me, just kind of handling whatever needed to be handled internally, because I just felt great all week. Nothing phased me. I had all the energy i needed, but on a very subtle level. I equate it to like an oil change in the car--everything was just running smoothly. Love it and now it's part of the daily routine.

At the time, I looked like a beanpole and was recovering from some pretty rotten heart issues (to which all of the blends I’ve used have been amazing and life saving—literally, I didn’t think I would live to see 35; now it’s only a few months away, and I know I’ll be fine!). Somedays, it was a miracle I could even get out of bed, somedays, the miracle didn’t come. It was a dark time, but I was slowly getting better and was starting to have more good days than bad, thanks to the blends. Only problem was, I’d run out of the the typical blends I used to help me with my heart issues, and so I was prepared for the worst. What I didn’t expect was for Thermo to help energize me so much. Now, you might be wondering why I used Thermo when I was a beanpole, and the reason was, was because I’d trusted Gavin’s products, and I needed the energy and strength boost, and Thermo had given my wife a lot of energy during her crazy work schedule. So I decided to try it, and I was alert and awake and feeling well enough to go help my sister move. It was pretty grueling, as house moves can be, but I was strong, despite the heart issues. My sister said “Dang, Paul, I didn’t know you were such a muscle man!” I said, “You should see me on all the blends.” Since then, Thermo has pretty much been a staple. I’ve noticed it pairs exceptionally well with several of the blends, and if you want a pre-workout rush—Thermo, Trinity, Supernova—mind-blown. One of my favorites is Thermo and Autonomous blended together—beautiful clarity, and high-quality creative thought. I can’t take it with coffee because my heart goes crazy, (sounds like AFib, but it’s not), but I can take it with cacao, or just by itself (or with the other blends). And just like the name, I feel warmer when I take it. It’s butt cold where I live (as of writing this in early March, it’s literally -22 with the windchill!), and if I’ve got stuff to do outside, Thermo helps me stay warm. It also helps me not get the dad-pudge—even when I’m not working out and eating more than I know I should (don’t get me wrong, I typically eat pretty clean, but you know how it goes sometimes, and I’ve also found if I don’t eat enough sugars, I literally can’t sleep, so sometimes I over-eat).
