I can't believe the difference Supernova has made for my dog; a 15 year old senior golden retriever has been suffering from advanced arthritis and stage 2 kidney disease, recently did not walk much and needed extra help to go to the bathroom; I started giving him 1/4 teaspoon of supernova every morning (suggested by Gavin) 3 weeks ago and stopped his arthritis medication to see if I notice any changes, and now Wow, what a difference, he's standing and going to the bathroom without us holding him, I can't be more happy and grateful, I know he won't be around much longer, but I'm glad I can alleviate some of his pain thanks to this blend.

Hi everyone!! I've posted updates on my experience with the blends but I would like to elaborate a bit more since I'm in the second week mark. Not sure if a lot of you know my past because I didn't really get into it but I've been suffering with anxiety, OCD and ADD since I was a young child. I had such anxiety throughout my life that I thought it was normal and everyone felt that way. When I reached my early 20's I started having black out panic attacks which was something new for me. I constantly felt as if I were dying. That was the early 90's and I guess the only thing they had to really calm that extreme anxiety down at that time was xanax. I would take it when the panic attack came on. At some point the panic attacks subsided and I moved on with my life. Again around 2006, I went back into a crisis mode. I was under a lot of stress bc at that time I was producing a tv show at the same time we had just shot a movie I was exec producing. I was all over the place at that time and after everything calmed down I was back having full on panic attacks and literally on the floor crying everyday. I couldn't get it under control so I went on an anti depressant. After being on the antidepressants for about 4/5 months I couldn't deal with the way it made me feel. I was like a zombie and emotionless. I weaned myself off of the antidepressants. Things seemed to get back to normal and even though the panic had subsided I still had the generalized anxiety. I constantly felt like my adrenals were under attack. I couldn't handle any stress etc. I'm 44 now and the shit really hit the fan about a year and a half ago. My body had a full breakdown. I had a blockage in my esophageal junction that was blocking my stomach. It went undetected for almost 4 months and I basically became non functional. After the blockage was removed I was still having issues where I couldn't function on a daily basis. I was super skinny, I couldn't breathe, I was having full on anxiety attacks all day long for almost a year. (At this time I was also super depressed because My dog had passed and I was absolutely heartbroken). After they did extensive testing and many many doctors they found out that my thyroid was so out of whack. I had hashimotos and my adrenals were pretty shot. I was put on a compound thyroid med and I started to feel better but no matter what I still was having issues breathing. It's like my adrenals were so out of whack that it felt like I was constantly trying to get a breath. Take us to me starting the blends over a week and a half ago. My breathing is 100% back to normal, my anxiety is 100% gone and I am so at ease within my head and my body. I can't even explain what these blends have done for me!! I am so grateful that Gavin Robert McGowen was so giving and wiling to help. I am a true testament to what these blends can do. Helicobacter Pylori Destroyer is now one of my top 3 favorite Blends. Helico, Peel and Autophagy are my top 3. So I have always been suffering from digestive issues. I've also noticed that since dry fasting, my heartburns have been worst than ever. I've now been taking Helico for 2 months. Y'all if you have been suffering from any kind of digestive issue, you need to get this. When you have been suffering from digestive issues for over 30 years and you finally get relief from just taking Helico in just one day and now I'm only taking it once a day. From the first day I took it, I had to see if it really works. I kept some antiacid with me just in case it didn't work. I went and I had some Korean food. Y'all I love korean food but it always messes my stomach up. As much as I love kimchee, if I eat it, I have diarrhea and gas forever, not to mention the very bad heartburns. Wow where do I start. I started taking interstellar blends at the end of 2021 and nothing in words can describe how they have levelled up my mind, body, spirit and changed my life more in more ways than I could ever imagine. Life is just amazing & I am thankful for Gavin everyday. I am completely off all medication & I just love life so much. Before blends, I was pretty much a walking zombie; constantly getting sick , health issues, on and off medication, I yearned to feel 'normal' and I can finally say I am at that point right now and more. Let me give you a summary of some of my favourite blends:TRINITY : Before meeting Trinity I was a complete daily mess of anxiety & depression. I would have several panic / anxiety attacks a day & I still remember waking up with my heart feeling like it was off the charts and completely dreading the day. I didn't want to do anything, I had such a negative outlook on life & was in constant victim mode. I've done a complete 180 on Trinity, she's made the biggest impact on me & I could never live without it again. Everyone around me constantly describes me as a ray of sunshine. Trinity has helped me fix my relationship with myself, and of course that trickles into my relationships and daily life.PLUSH : I am so thankful for Plush as the last medication for me to get off was the contraceptive pill. Like many girls , I was put on it when I was a teenager for acne, supposedly caused by 'hormone issues' and had been struggling to get off it for the better part of 10 years. Whenever I tried to get off it, the acne would come back full force , mood swings, my periods super irregular. In May this year, I started on Plush and that was the last time I was on the pill. Whenever I tried to get off it, the acne would come back full force , mood swings, my periods super irregular. In May this year, I started on Plush and that was the last time I was on the pill. I began using seven sages, autophagy and luteolin about two months ago. I was able to immediately cut down my food intake from three usually heavy meals to one main meal and a snack per day with the use of autophagy. Not only was I capable of reducing the number of meals I had per day but also my portion sizes drastically decreased. It felt great to be satiated and less bogged down by consuming less food. Contrary to my initial suspicion regarding having less energy as a result of consuming less food, I was now markedly more energetic and had increased vitality.
